All About Eclectic

Eclectic Cafe, a vibrant establishment, was founded in 2015 by Latisha Beall, a proud native of Poplarville, Ms. Before opening Eclectic Cafe, Latisha spent nearly a decade away from home for college and work opportunities. After returning home, Latisha realized that Poplarville only had a few restaurants and many fast-food places to eat, which left her yearning for something different. When the opportunity arose, she created Eclectic Cafe. The goal was to bring fresh, healthyish foods to Poplarville with a funky vibe in the cafe. Hence, our slogan, "healthyish. funky. fresh." 

Opening Eclectic Cafe was the scariest, yet most rewarding thing I have ever done and I cannot believe we have been here for TEN YEARS!!
